Rules For Betting By E-Mail And Text

1. The time of the bet will be taken from the time we receive the e-mail or text and not from the time it is sent. It is the clients responsibility to make sure the bet is placed in plenty of time, as no bets will be accepted after the start of a race or sporting event.
2. Bets can only be accepted up to the amount of available credit in the clients account. For example, if the client wishes for £100 to win on a horse and he only has £90 available funds, then South Downs Betting Ltd, will take it as though the client wishes to have £90 to win on the horse.
3. Horse racing and sporting events only, will be accepted by text and e-mail. Greyhound races will not.
4. Winning horse bets will be settled at SP only, unless by prior arrangement. Winning sporting events, will be settled at the best prices, selected from William Hill, Coral and Ladbrokes.
